  • Therapeutic Approach At OneLife Counseling In Denver 

    At OneLife Counseling, I take a slightly different approach to therapy than some other therapist offices. Because I use a variety of therapeutic methods, I can tailor my sessions to fit you. 


    Generally, the process of in-person or telehealth sessions with me goes like this:


    Consultation: We will start with a 30-minute consultation where we cover your reasons for seeking therapy and begin to make a therapy plan. 


    Treatment plan: After this constellations and throughout the therapy sessions, I'll create a treatment plan using various methods in talk therapy.


    Sessions: All of my sessions after the initial consultation are 50 minutes. As therapy progresses, we'll make adjustments to the treatment plan to ensure you get what you need out of therapy. 


    Support: During therapy, we will set goals and guidelines together. Over time, you’ll receive the support you need and meet these goals.
